Backend engineer, writer, and long-time Java developer.
I'm Anuradha Prabhath Kadurugasyaya, a senior Java developer living and working in Singapore. I've spent the last 10 years as a backend engineer, mostly working on Java systems that need to stay correct and fast under real production load — payments, order processing, and internal platforms that other teams build on top of.
I write about the parts of backend engineering that don't always make it into the official docs: the tradeoffs, the incidents, and the small decisions that end up mattering years later. When I'm not writing Java or writing about Java, I'm usually reading about distributed systems or tinkering with a side project.
